We are based in Western Australia. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to us, we handle personal information in accordance with those requirements. We also seek to follow sound privacy practices where a particular legal requirement does not apply.

02

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Your name, company, phone number and email address.
  • The services you are interested in and details about your project.

Our website and its service providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, timestamps and diagnostic or security information.

Please avoid including personal or sensitive information in project files unless it is reasonably necessary for us to assess the work.

03

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Review, clarify and respond to quote requests and other enquiries.
  • Assess project requirements, access, transport, timing and suitability.
  • Prepare quotes and communicate about requested services.
  • Operate, secure, maintain and improve the website.
  • Keep appropriate business, project and correspondence records.
  • Meet legal, insurance, accounting and regulatory requirements.

We may follow up about the enquiry or project you submitted. We will not use your details for unrelated direct marketing unless you have agreed or the communication is otherwise permitted by law. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

04

Website analytics and cookies

When enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve the website's performance and content. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect information such as pages visited, referral source, approximate location, device and browser details, and interactions with the website.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

We may record that a quote request was successfully submitted. We do not send the name, contact details, project description or attached files entered in the quote form to Google Analytics.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Restricting analytics cookies does not prevent you from viewing the website or submitting a quote request.

05

Disclosure and overseas processing

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:

  • Our employees, contractors and advisers who need it to perform their work.
  • Technology providers that host the website, deliver quote requests, provide analytics and prevent spam, including Vercel, Resend, Google and Cloudflare.
  • Insurers, professional advisers, regulators, courts or government authorities where required or permitted by law.
  • A purchaser or adviser involved in a proposed sale or restructuring of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

Some of our technology providers and their subprocessors operate outside Australia. Information may therefore be processed or stored overseas, including in the United States and, where applicable, other countries in which those providers or their authorised subprocessors operate.

We do not sell personal information.

06

Security and retention

When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile runs background checks to help prevent automated spam through our quote form. Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and browser or device signals for these checks. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for more information.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. These steps may include access controls, secure service providers, account protection and limiting access to people who need the information for their work.

No internet or email transmission is completely secure. You should consider this before sending information or attachments through the website.

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, our business records or applicable legal and insurance requirements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove identifying details where appropriate.

07

Access and correction

You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

In some circumstances, applicable law may allow or require us to refuse a request. If that happens, we will explain the reason where we are permitted to do so.

08

Privacy questions and complaints

Contact us if you have a privacy question, concern or complaint. Please provide enough information for us to understand the issue. We will review the complaint, may contact you if we need further information, and will provide a response within a reasonable period.
